Shipping policy

Because we ship mostly perishable products we watch the temperatures daily and mostly ship Mondays and Tuesdays to avoid getting stuck in a UPS warehouse over the weekend..  When shipping to nearby areas such as NJ/NY we may ship on a mon/tue/wed.   In very hot spells, we may delay shipping all together for a week until outdoor temps dip below 85f.
