Visit the Aging Cave on our Sheep Farm! 

With a wagon ride to our aging cave. 

This tour includes a charming wagon ride on a winding path through our acreage and up the hill to take a peek inside our cheese aging cave!

Make it an extra fun day and add Valley Shepherd cheeses to your cave visit with a tasting tray! One tray is good for two people.  The trays are pre-order only.  

Reservation cutoff time is Thursday am for Saturday/Sunday tours.

September 7 thru Nov 2- weekends only.

Tours are rain or shine! No refunds or exchanges. 

Saturdays-12:30  and 2:30pm

Sundays :2:00pm 

This tour takes about an hour+ and includes the following itinerary:

Gallery: Introduction to VSC movie & questions. Peek into cheesemaking room, barn, and milking parlor. Approximately 15 minutes total. 

Cave: Wagon ride to cave and back, with a walking tour inside the cave. Approximately 45 minutes total.

Cheese Tasting Trays: Upon return, pre-purchased tasting trays will be inside the Gallery. We have bread, balsamic & olive oil, and wine glasses/openers at the counter. Please feel free to bring beer, wine, additional food, accoutrements, etc. and leisurely enjoy your Valley Shepherd Creamery Cheeses on our covered porch or open outdoor tables.
